According to the Constitution, “the National Council for Economics and Labour (CNEL) is composed of experts and representatives of productive categories.” It could become a “permanent forum” where entrepreneurial, trade union, and third sector realities can dialogue with academia and institutions on crucial themes like industrial relations, sustainability of our market, productivity, wages, and the welfare system.
