Mazzucato Mariana

Economista, è titolare della cattedra di Economia dell’innovazione e del valore pubblico all’University College London (UCL) ed è fondatrice e direttrice dell’UCL Institute for Innovation & Public Purpose (IIPP).
È vincitrice del New Statesman SPERI Prize 2014 in Political Economy, del Hans-Matthöfer-Preis nel 2015 e del Leontief Prize for Advancing the Frontiers of Economic Thought nel 2018. È membro dello Scottish Government’s Council of Economic Advisors, UN Sustainable Development Solutions Network Leadership Council e SITRA’s Advisory Panel in Finland.
Attualmente Special Advisor for the EC Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation, Carlos Moedas, e ha recentemente pubblicato High impact EC report Mission-Oriented Research & Innovation in the European Union. È anche Special Advisor to the Secretary General of the OECD, Angel Gurría, for the OECD’s New Growth Narrative.
