Each year during the Meeting week between twelve and fifteen exhibitions are staged. They are dealing with: culture, history, science, art, religion, celebrations…

They are then translated into a number of languages and become travelling exhibits, presented on panels in numerous countries in Europe and the world. Besides using panels of different formats, the exhibitions often involve other teaching aids (models, catalogues, multimedia instruments …).

Meeting Exhibitions organizes and manages Cultural Events in Italy and abroad with the support of scientific and artistic-cultural committees.

Exhibition sales

Exhibitions can be purchased or organized on commission in the following ways:

Sales of exhibitions available in the catalogue reproduced as copies, with potential for personalizing the materials and dimensions, inserting data relevant to the organization promoting the initiative, developing sections that contextualize the subject as desired by the customer, etc.

Sales of existing exhibitions at very keen rates.

Production of exhibitions on commission dealing with subjects specified by customers, developed by our scientific committee and graphic designers.

Promotion
Meeting Exhibitions offer the possibility to create advertising materials such as (posters and flyers) to promote initiatives of their customers.

Rental facilities
Meeting Exhibitions also offers rental of the fitting facilities. Design and setting

Design and setting
Meeting Exhibitions solves the organization’s space problems through the design and setting service. Realization of exhibitions on commission and/or reproduction of existing exhibitions in the catalogue. The Meeting allows you to turn an idea into an exhibition, realized with the experience of a team composed of curators and technicians. It is also possible to reproduce the exhibits already present in catalogue

Event organization if requested.
Meeting Exhibitions makes the cultural event complete while proposing and organizing the presence of the exhibition’s curators - or other experts - at conferences and seminars.

Catalogues
The service is offered directly by Meeting Exhibitions: provides exhibition catalogues to set up a bookshop in an event, as well as an aid for shipping and management of the sale of the volumes.
