Manservisi Stefano
Special advisor of the European Commissioner for Economic Affairs. Before this role, he had been Director-General for International Cooperation and Development at the European Commission since May 2016.
He was previously Head of the Cabinet of Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the Commission.
In 2014 he was Head of the European Union Delegation to Turkey.
Over the years, he has held other positions at the European Commission, including Director-General for Migration and Home Affairs and Director-General for Development and Relations with African, Caribbean and the Pacific States.
He is visiting professor at various universities and author of several articles on European and international topics.
