Gama Sara
Captain of the women’s National football team.
She started playing football at the age of 7, and at just 10 she made her debut in Serie A with Tavagnacco where she played for three seasons. Later she played in Chiasiellis and Brescia before moving to France and playing with Women PSG’s Division 1.
At nineteen she made his debut in blue; with the Under 19 team she won the 2008 European Championship as team captain and was named MVP of the tournament.
She also holds the role of FIGS Federal Councilor and chairman of the ” Women’s Football Development ” commission.
Graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Udine, she speaks four languages, in addition to Italian, also English, French and Spanish.
