CLAUDIO GAGLIARDI 

 Claudio Gagliardi is the Deputy Secretary General of Unioncamere – Active Labor Policies Area. He was Secretary General of Unioncamere from 2009 to 2015, after having held numerous professional positions within this organisation. In particular, from 1996 to 1999 he was Director of the Study Center and of the Excelsior information system for employment and training; from 1999 to 2001 he was responsible for the Mediobanca-Unioncamere annual report on medium-sized industrial companies. From 2001 to 2009, as Deputy Secretary General, he was also responsible for the Research, Innovation and Training area of Unioncamere. Before going to Unioncamere he was a researcher for Iref for a few years. He is the author of numerous researches and publications on medium-sized industrial companies, on the development of districts and small enterprise systems, on the labor market and on non-profit companies.
