Teacher of Business Ethics and sustainable growth at LIUC-University Cattaneo. His principal fields of competence regard the organizative analysis, mapping of the formative needings and the design and realization of interventions on human resources.
Since 2001 he deals with formative carrers for the organizational enhance with institutions of primary importance, like Poste Italiane, Sanofi, Banco Popolare and Banca Etica. Before he has developed a managerial carreer in national and international companies like the Editorial Group Rizzoli, Prudential Insurance Company of America and the Editorial Group Hobby and Works – Jackson Books.
He works with the newspaper Avvenire at the redaction of articles about ethics and enterprise and he was the speaker in numerous conventions in Italy and abroad.
