Ordinary teacher of Economy of the financial intermediaries at the Department of Economy and Managment of the University of the Studies of Trento.
In 1993 he created – with some former students –
a startup in the field of software of management of the financial risk, today part of the group Thema Consulting.
Actively part of the debate about the financiament of the small companies in Italy. In 2006 he is promoter of the adoption of the digital format XBRL for the financial reporting; in 2009 he is rather the promoter of the project Business point, which aim is to give a consulence to the small companies in financial difficulties.
He is author of numerous publications about the evaluation of bonds, on the management of the bank risk and on financial companies.
