Council member of Mobility and Trasportation, Infrastructures, Turism, Trade of Emilia-Romagna Region from December 2014. Previously, from 2006 to 2014, when he entered the Region council, he was council member of the Ravenna municipality with responsibilities in Turism, Trade, Public Works, Traffic, Civil Protection and Subsidence.
He was council member of the Cervia municipality from 2001 to 2004 while in the following two years he took part in the provincial Council of Ravenna.
Before these positions, he was director of the Atlantide Cooperative of Cervia. From 2006 to 2014 he was President of Unione di Prodotto Costa.
