Valentino Confalone, CEO of Novartis Italia, has been the Chairman of EuniPharma since January 2024, the Farmindustria group that brings together the 35 multinational pharmaceutical companies with European and Japanese capital that operate in Italy.

A graduate in Economics from the Federico II University of Naples and with an MBA from the IESE Business School in Barcelona, ​​Confalone boasts many years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector where he has held positions of increasing responsibility in various international groups, both in Italy and abroad, to arrive in Novartis Italia in 2022. He is also a member of the Farmindustria Presidency Committee and delegate for the association’s strategic Access and Value group.
