Alessandro Bracci is the CEO of Teddy S.p.a., a company that operates in the clothing market and owns, among others, the Terranova, Calliope and Rinascimento brands.
He was born in Pesaro on November 11, 1973 and after graduating from the Linguistic High School he moved to Milan and graduated in Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.
From 1998 to 2007 he worked as a legal consultant, becoming a lawyer in 2001 and specializing in corporate law and the regulation of regulated markets.
He worked as a lawyer mainly in the field of business consultancy and in the field of extraordinary transactions, corporate integration and listing on regulated markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana s.p.a.
In 2007 he took on a management role in Teddy s.p.a. of which he became General Manager in 2009.
Since February 2020 he has been vice president of Compagnia delle Opere.
