Born in Milan, Italy, in 1976, Degree in Political Science and Ph.D. in Policies and Institutions at the Catholic University of Milan. 20 years’ experience in cooperation for development in many countries in Africa, Middle East, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Currently, Regional Manager for Eastern and Southern Africa for AVSI Foundation based in Nairobi, covering projects and operations in Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Mozambique, Rwanda, Somalia, and South Sudan. Expert in design and implementation of complex and multi-stakeholder projects mainly in education, training, job creation, business development, civil society organizations strengthening, and humanitarian aid.
