To experience the Meeting together with your friends, you can create a group, of which you will be the reference and manage all the reservations.

CREATING A GROUP
The fundamental condition for creating a group is that each invited user is already registered on the app and has a valid ticket for the current Meeting edition.

GROUP CHARACTERISTICS
– The group can be formed by a maximum of 30 participants (you + 29 others) including adults and minors.
– The reference person can add their guests to the group (both adults and minors).
– The reference person can only invite users over 14 years old (users under 14 do not have their own profile in the app).
– Invited users can add guests associated with their profile to the group (both minors and adults) up to the app’s set limit (30 total participants).

INVITATION SHARING
You can share the invitation via:
– Email
– WhatsApp
– By having them scan the group’s QR code

USEFUL TO KNOW
– If you invite adult users, they can add their guests associated with their profile (both adults and minors) until they reach the limit of 30 total participants set by the app.
– When a participant can no longer add their guests to the group (limit reached), they will receive a notice inviting them to inform the reference person (you) of the situation.
– If you have already created groups in the past, you will find the previously created groups within your app (account section); you have the option to remove the group itself or individual participants, as well as confirm the existence of the group by proceeding directly with the reservations for the current edition. In this case, just like when creating a new group, each participant in the group must have already created their own entrance ticket.
– Within the Account section/My groups/My groups, you can monitor, within each group, the participants and reservations made for the group; within each reservation, you will see the status of each participant in the group (e.g., if some guests associated with other users do not yet have an entrance ticket for the event, their reservation will be pending).
