‘An ‘historical exhibition on Vendée’ by Reynald Secher (professor of Arts, graduated at the French Academy). The exhibition takes into considera-tion the tragic events of Vendée (French Western region) and calls to mind the martyrdom of the people who starting from March 1793 build up a great Catholic and monarchic army in order to resist and fight the abuses of the Revolution. The Convention will declare the destruction of Vendée and the massacre of people.’
