We find ourselves as witnesses and protagonists of a billions-year-long story, a story that reflects the deep dependence and interaction between various elements that have given rise to the Earth and made our existence here and now possible. The formation of planet Earth and the evolution of life are extraordinary examples of a journey towards increasing complexity in nature. A dynamic path leading to the present moment. Earth is an oasis in the universe, constantly evolving and rooted in cosmic history.

What is the planet we inhabit like? How have the factors that determined its characteristics interacted? What makes it a hospitable place for life? What are the cosmic premises necessary for all this? Do we have clues about exoplanets with characteristics similar to Earth? How does awareness of the cosmic, planetary, and geological premises of life contribute to how we look at ourselves and everything that exists?

The exhibition space is divided into four main sectors: “Cosmic Premise,” “Astrophysical Territory,” “Our Planet,” “Life.” During the event, there will be meetings with experts on the topics discussed, integrating scientific, environmental, social, philosophical, and artistic disciplines with synergies between various initiatives and guests at the Meeting.
