Work is rapidly and continuously changing: it’s no longer enough to know facts; one must be lively, proactive, creative, humble, ready to admit mistakes and correct them, able to work with others. Not always do companies understand these new needs and lag behind. But are schools and universities understanding this? Are they changing to foster the emergence of individuals ready for this new way of working, which also involves a life full of meaning, purpose, ideals, and fraternity?
