«Devoid the wonder, we remain deaf to the sublime» is Meeting title of this year. This expression, by Abraham Joshua Heschel, Polish-born American rabbi and philosopher, is quoted in «How the Ultimate Questions Arise: The Way of the Religious Sense», tenth chapter of The Religious Sense by Fr. Luigi Giussani and one of the most important topics of his thought. Starting from this text, more than hundred students from all over Europe asked themselves what it means to keep awake questions of their own heart confronting with everything that exists and that we call reality, beyond this dramatic challenge caused by coronavirus. Can we talk about wonder or astonishment facing with the ravaging bitterness of the reality? From this it was born a path throughout literature, music, art, poetry and cinema that will be available to visit on Meeting website and also at Palacongressi, but only partly.
