Many young people who want to start a family are forced to face significant problems that make it difficult to achieve this desire. Statistics themselves show that young families need companionship for this vocation. Overcoming the demographic winter requires vital alliances, such as with the generations of grandparents, in the workplace, in educational and school paths. And to promote this type of “alliances,” some subsidiary reform proposals can become an important lever.
