Incartateatro. Puppet Show, Marionettes, and Shadow Theater

The IN-CARTA-TEATRO consists of a wooden theater placed on its own mobile pedestal, where the story is narrated. The narrator stands above the theater, creating a dual-narration effect. The child sees the fairy tale unfolding within the theater space while interacting with the narrator, who becomes an integral part of the storytelling through gestures and voice. After each performance, there will be a workshop for creating paper characters.

The three stories being told are: “Grattula-beddattula,” “Giufà,” and “Giovannin senza paura,” all written by Italo Calvino, celebrating the centenary of his birth.
