In 2021, in a year that is still difficult due to the continuation of the pandemic, but within a horizon of confident hope thanks to the significant progress of the vaccination campaign, Italy will be the host country and protagonist of international events of first magnitude: the 2021 UN Summit on Food Systems, the Presidency of the G20, the co-organisation with England of the Conference of the Parties on Climate Change of the United Nations. As an opportunity to share contents and extraordinary communication of Italy’s commitment in the international scenario in this particular historical context, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, a session is proposed on the following themes: nutrition, the use and sharing of food resources, the fight against hunger and waste, in other words the Food Coalition.
