70 years after the entry into force of the Constitution, the De Gasperi Foundation promotes an educational exhibition on the work of the Constituent Assembly, as a transition to a difficult composition between different political positions to provide the Italian Republic with the conditions for healthy development. The fruit of this effort was a constitutional charter that supported the growth of our institutions, democratic life, peaceful coexistence and economic development. The exhibition tells the debate between the protagonists of that time, made up of clashes and compromises for the common good and national unity. The history of that foundational moment gives us many useful indications for the challenges we face as a people.
