Bormolini Guidalberto

Guidalberto Bormolini was born in Desenzano del Garda on August 21, 1967

Life and Formation
Guidalberto Bormolini, formerly a journeyman carpenter and later a luthier, is currently consecrated and a priest in a community of Christian meditation: the Reconstructionists in Prayer. A graduate of the Pontifical Gregorian University, he holds a Licentiate in Theological Anthropology and is a doctoral candidate in Spiritual Theology at the S. Anselmo Athenaeum in Rome.
He especially cares for dialogue with people who are also in search outside the Church. He is involved in the spiritual accompaniment of the dying, and is a lecturer at the Master’s Program “Death Studies & the End of Life” at the University of Padua and at the Master’s Program “Kindness in the Care Relationship” at the Meyer Hospital-University of Florence. He is dedicated to Interfaith Dialogue, including through meetings, travel and friendships. He is particularly dedicated to the study: of ascetic disciplines in Christian monasticism and the relationship between the body and spiritual life; of Christian spirituality in relation to love for Creation; of death and dying in the great religions and sapiential traditions.
