José Gregorio Hernández Cisneros (1864-1919) was a physician, academic and religious Venezuelan. For his charitable activity, he became the object of veneration by many Latin Americans. The Catholic Church proclaimed him blessed in 2021. The exhibition aims to tell the life of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández, highlighting relevant and concrete facts that show the depth of his experience.
The figure of Dr. José Gregorio Hernández was and is decisive as a factor of unity of a people beyond ideology and politics; the life he lived in unity within himself and in relationship with God He has in fact allowed him to be a guiding light for the many he has met and continues to be an example of what generates a life lived intensely within all aspects of reality.
We want to create a biographical path not to exalt the figure of a Blessed from the point of view a man of the Church but to know someone who has lived reality intensely as a man.
For this reason, you will enter his places, within the popular Venezuelan devotion (a relic of him will be exposed) through stories and testimonies.
