The communication strategy of Meeting is essentially articulated in three channels:
Friends of the Meeting
Ever since the first edition, the Meeting has been able to count on a significant number of "friends", in Italy and abroad, who - sensitive to the cultural issues and to the several events which are proposed at each edition - have contributed at different levels to make the manifestation known. Thus, we continue to count in a privileged way on this simple instrument of communication, "passparole", offering to whom is available a series of practical instruments and suggestions.
Paper: posters, brochures, leaflets of different format and in large circulations. This material, on demand, is sent free of charge to favour personal initiatives linked to the Meeting across the national territory.
Internet: the story of the Meeting, culture and meetings, the archive, the exhibitions and, starting from July of each year, the programme of the new edition.
Presentation meetings: People from the Meeting are available for the presentation of the annual edition. The meetings can be organised in every meeting place. For further information: secretary of the Meeting: tel. +39 - (0)541 - 783100, fax +39 - (0)541 - 786422, e-mail email@example.com
Some videos with the presentation of the Meeting in CD and VHS format, which contain 3 video films are available on booking, in CD and VHS format:
-A THING CALLED MEETING: a video which goes through the images of the 25 years of Meeting;
-AN EVENT CALLED MEETING: a video which offers the big editions of the Meeting.
-THE POPE AT THE MEETING: a section of the intervention of the Pope during his visit in 1982;
-SPOT: a 10 seconds spot fit for television network.
Each year the Meeting also provides with the planning of a media campaign so articulated:
" TV, newspapers and magazines, radio
" Co - marketing initiatives
Public relations and press office activities
The competent offices of the Meeting are working all the year around to promote the activities which are under way for definition for the current edition, through relationships with national and international People and Institutions. The Press Office promotes the Meeting on all the national newspapers and on the main international headlines.
