Promotion
The communication strategy of Meeting is essentially articulated in three channels:
Friends of the Meeting
Ever since the first edition, the Meeting has been able to count on a significant number of "friends", in Italy and abroad, who - sensitive to the cultural issues and to the several events which are proposed at each edition - have contributed at different levels to make the manifestation known. Thus, we continue to count in a privileged way on this simple instrument of communication, "passparole", offering to whom is available a series of practical instruments and suggestions.
Instruments
Paper: posters, brochures, leaflets of different format and in large circulations. This material, on demand, is sent free of charge to favour personal initiatives linked to the Meeting across the national territory.
Internet: the story of the Meeting, culture and meetings, the archive, the exhibitions and, starting from July of each year, the programme of the new edition.
Presentation meetings: People from the Meeting are available for the presentation of the annual edition. The meetings can be organised in every meeting place. For further information: secretary of the Meeting: tel. +39 - (0)541 - 783100, fax +39 - (0)541 - 786422, e-mail meeting@meetingrimini.org
